C4 Original Pre-Workout Review: Caffeine, Tingles and Who It Suits
By Best Nutrition - Singapore · · 2 min read
Quick answer
Cellucor C4 Original is a popular pre-workout with about 150 mg of caffeine per serving plus CarnoSyn beta-alanine and creatine nitrate. It suits people who want a noticeable energy and focus boost before training. The tingling feeling comes from beta-alanine and is harmless. Avoid it late in the evening if caffeine affects your sleep.
What is inside C4 Original
- Caffeine (about 150 mg per serving) for energy and focus.

Why pre-workout makes you tingle
